Who am I?

Let me introduce myself: I am Selma Maria Dos Santos, Studio Benessere Luce Vita’s owner. I am a woman in love with life and everything that is part of it.

I was born in 1984, in Brazil. My infinite thirst for knowledge and my attention to others pushed me to graduate in Nursing, but I knew that this wouldn’t be enough: I wanted to give life, well-being and self-esteem to people. For this reason, once I arrived in Italy, I graduated as a beautician in Milan and then as a holistic operator, energy therapist, coaching and therapist of the revolutionary Renata Franca method.

My watchwords have always been Love, Respect and Dedication, both towards myself and towards others. For me, working with the goal of helping others to find their state of peace and conscience and putting an end to their existential loneliness is everything.

The Center

“Studio Benessere Luce Vita” was born after three years of hard work in which I dedicated all my energy to the project, learning to listen to me and to truly love me, day after day.

I personally took care of every detail of the project, making sure to create a hospitable and warm environment – where anyone could feel at home.

My goal is to give my clients a 360 ° experience, right from the moment they enter the studio and, through smells and sounds, they get rid of all anxiety and worries and come into contact with their inner selves.
